Radim is an experienced financial and economic professional with a wide experience in the finance, accounting and taxes.
Before joining Initiative in 2000, Radim has gained his working experience in a Czech subsidiary of a prestigious consulting / audit company Arthur Andersen, provided Czech and multinational clients with expert consulting services. Working as a Finance Director since 2000-2005, in June 2005 became a Managing Director and a Statutory person of the company.

Dipl. Ing. Milan Kalous
Deputy MD / Media Director
University of Economics, Prague, 14 years of media experiences
Milan is an experienced guru with years of media experience and work for all range of succesfull brands.
Before joining Initiative in 2005, Milan has performed senior manager positions in prestigious media companies like HMS Carat, ZenithOptimedia and MediaCom and left his fingertips at numerous succesfull campaigns of clients like: VW Group, Adidas, OMV, Electrolux, SC Johnson, Toyota, Agip, HP, Nestlé, Tchibo, Kofola, Axa, BMW, Barum Continental and many others.
Milan enjoys playing tennis, skiing, cycling and taking care of his 5 year old son, in his spare time. He is a wine and car expert too.
